Bennie Equipment announce our first acquisition of 2025 as Len Griffiths Forklift Services (LGFS) based in Leominster joins the BENNIE family of companies.
Len Griffiths Forklift Services Limited are a specialist and highly experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) company in the region, with over 45 years of experience and a shared passion for delivering a personalised and highly dependable customer experience.
Bennie Equipment as an award winning and leading MHE provider in the UK continues a strategy of rapid growth through acquisitions, maintaining momentum following the recent two acquisition of 4k Systems Ltd and South West Forklifts Ltd in 2024, to enhance regional operations in the West.
Len Griffiths was looking for a partner to be his succession plan and take the business to the next level and BENNIE were looking to further cement our reach in the West of the UK and solidify our presence here.
BENNIE is on a mission to grow its MHE presence across the UK and the acquisition of Len Griffiths Forklift Services is the latest and marks our third milestone in this journey.
Given the synergies of both businesses it is business as usual as the partnership gets underway. Both BENNIE and LGFS are absolutely committed to ensuring customers receive the same excellent levels of support and customer service.
