Terberg Manufactures truck mounted forklifts in a wide range of models under the name ‘Kinglifter’. One of the features of these high-quality machines is that all the models boast an exceptionally good lifting capacity-low unladen weight ratio.
The Kinglifter M model is the most versatile in the range. Many customers opt for this model given the many different design options available and areas of application it can lend itself too.
The Engines themselves are supplied by world renowned Yanmar, with the option of having your truck mounted forklift with the newly available Tier 5 25Hp Engine, suitable for inner city deliveries/collections, or either a 31hp or more powerful 38 hp direct injection diesel engine.
The Kinglifter comes with power steering as standard, but depending on your application you are able to opt between 1 or 3 wheel drive, with or without differential lock and with a large choice of wheel sizes front and rear. There is even an option for retractable front legs. For long loads the option of 4-way steer is available, with optimised power transfer making it easy to handle in tight spaces.
The Kinglifter comes with the option of 2 different mast types ranging from an opening height of 2200mm all the way up to 4050mm. The glide mast is available with either a 2000kg or 2500kg load capacity, and can be used in conjunction with extending forks.
The most popular mast is the Terberg patented Duplo Roller Mast with Scissor system, it has a 2500kg load capacity, offers operators an open view of the machine and load, and a faster operation. Due to its design if offers an enhanced lift capacity at distance from the truck. Available with fixed forks but includes the option of extending forks for a true one side offload.
All models are equipped with work lights, beacon lamp, parking brake as standard with so many more options available there really is a Terberg Kinglifter M to suit your own specific requirements.
It is important for you company’s image that a truck mounted forklift retains it’s good looks. This also comes into play as far as residual value is concerned. Consequently Terberg devoted particular attention to optimum anti-corrosion protection.
The frame, the lifting mast and other steel sections are finished with a CDP base layer and powder coating. The plating is made of stainless steel. The legs which are always susceptible to damage in use are hot-dip galvanised. The legs of the 4-way machines are finished with a CDP base layers and powder coating.
